Terms of Service

Air Connection International (trading as AirHajjBD.com) is a CAAB-licensed travel agency and IATA / ATAB member, registered in Bangladesh. We provide Hajj packages, Umrah packages, international flight bookings, hotel bookings, and related travel services.

Air Connection International (AirHajjBD.com নামে পরিচিত) বাংলাদেশে নিবন্ধিত একটি CAAB-লাইসেন্সপ্রাপ্ত ট্রাভেল এজেন্সি এবং IATA / ATAB সদস্য। আমরা হজ প্যাকেজ, উমরাহ প্যাকেজ, আন্তর্জাতিক ফ্লাইট বুকিং, হোটেল বুকিং এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট ভ্রমণ সেবা প্রদান করি।

A booking is confirmed only when:

• You receive a written confirmation (WhatsApp, email, or printed receipt) from us with a reference number.
• The required deposit or full payment has been received and verified.

Verbal commitments or informal agreements without written confirmation do not constitute a binding booking.

বুকিং তখনই নিশ্চিত হয় যখন আপনি একটি লিখিত নিশ্চিতকরণ (WhatsApp, ইমেইল বা মুদ্রিত রসিদ) পান এবং প্রয়োজনীয় অগ্রিম বা সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ পরিশোধ সম্পন্ন হয়।

• Prices quoted are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.
• International package prices involving SAR (Saudi Riyal) or USD are subject to prevailing exchange rates at the time of final payment.
• A non-refundable registration/processing fee may be charged at the time of booking.
• Full payment is required by the deadline specified in your booking confirmation.
• We accept cash, bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, and other approved payment methods.

মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (BDT) উল্লেখ করা হয়। SAR বা USD-সম্পর্কিত আন্তর্জাতিক প্যাকেজের মূল্য চূড়ান্ত পেমেন্টের সময়ের বিনিময় হার অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হবে।

Hajj & Umrah Packages:

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure: refund of paid amount minus registration fee and any non-recoverable supplier costs.
• Cancellations 31–60 days before departure: 50% refund of total package cost.
• Cancellations within 30 days of departure: no refund unless the cancellation is caused by an airline, Saudi authority, or force majeure.
• Visa refusal by Saudi authorities: registration fee is non-refundable; recoverable costs will be refunded within 30 days.

Flights:

• Refund and rebooking rules are governed by the individual airline's fare conditions.
• Our service fee for ticketing is non-refundable.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@airhajjbd.com.

হজ ও উমরাহ প্যাকেজের ক্ষেত্রে বাতিলের সময়ের উপর ভিত্তি করে রিফান্ড নীতি ভিন্ন। ভ্রমণের ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে বাতিল করলে সাধারণত কোনো রিফান্ড নেই। সৌদি কর্তৃপক্ষের ভিসা প্রত্যাখ্যানের ক্ষেত্রে রিকভারেবল খরচ ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date.
• We assist with visa applications but cannot guarantee visa approval — this is at the sole discretion of Saudi authorities.
• Customers must provide accurate and complete documentation. We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete documents.

গ্রাহকদের নিশ্চিত করতে হবে যে তাদের পাসপোর্ট ভ্রমণের তারিখের কমপক্ষে ৬ মাস পরেও বৈধ থাকবে। আমরা ভিসা আবেদনে সহায়তা করি, তবে ভিসা অনুমোদন সম্পূর্ণরূপে সৌদি কর্তৃপক্ষের বিবেচনায় নির্ভর করে।

Customers travelling for Hajj or Umrah must comply with all health and vaccination requirements set by Saudi Arabian and Bangladesh governments (including meningitis vaccination and any other mandated vaccines). We are not liable for any health-related travel restrictions or refusals at the border.

হজ বা উমরাহযাত্রীদের বাংলাদেশ ও সৌদি সরকারের সকল স্বাস্থ্য ও টিকা প্রয়োজনীয়তা পূরণ করতে হবে।

Air Connection International acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines
• Hotel unavailability or quality issues beyond our control
• Acts of God, political events, pandemics, or government restrictions affecting travel
• Loss of personal belongings during travel
• Any losses caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer

Air Connection International এয়ারলাইন, হোটেল ও অন্যান্য সেবা প্রদানকারীর এজেন্ট হিসেবে কাজ করে। ফ্লাইট বিলম্ব, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, মহামারী বা সরকারি বিধিনিষেধের কারণে সৃষ্ট কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।

By providing your mobile number during booking, you consent to receive booking confirmations, travel updates, and service notifications via WhatsApp. You may opt out of non-essential communications by contacting us. Service-critical messages (e.g. visa status, flight changes) cannot be opted out of during an active booking.

বুকিংয়ের সময় মোবাইল নম্বর প্রদান করে আপনি WhatsApp-এ বুকিং নিশ্চিতকরণ, ভ্রমণ আপডেট এবং সেবা বিজ্ঞপ্তি পেতে সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন।

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chattogram, Bangladesh.

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত হবে। যেকোনো বিরোধের ক্ষেত্রে চট্টগ্রাম, বাংলাদেশের আদালতের এখতিয়ার প্রযোজ্য হবে।
